Summer Salad started with a simple idea:
clothes should feel personal, but getting
dressed should never feel that serious.
For our second serving, we wanted to create a collection that feels like the best kind of summer day: slightly unplanned, full of personality, and better when shared. The kind of day that starts with “Let’s just go for an hour” and somehow ends after sunset, with wet hair, an empty picnic basket, and no clear explanation for where the time went.
Summer Salad: Drop 2 is a unisex collection designed around personalities rather than labels. We weren’t interested in deciding who should wear what. We wanted every piece to become something different depending on the person wearing it
The same shirt can feel oversized and effortless on one person, neatly styled on another, or borrowed indefinitely by someone who insists they will return it. That freedom is part of the collection. The clothes offer the starting point; you bring the rest.
The world of Summer Salad exists somewhere between a garden picnic, an improvised camping trip, and an afternoon by the pool that has gone completely off schedule. It is colorful, relaxed, a little strange, and never too polished. Here, a lobster can become the main character, tomatoes deserve their own portrait, and getting dressed is simply another way to join the fun. At the heart of this world is one rule: don’t take yourself too seriously. Wear the unexpected combination. Stay a little longer. Get grass on your trousers. Jump in the pool. Summer is already short enough without spending it trying to look perfect
The artwork created for Drop 2 was designed specifically for the collection, giving the piece its own story while keeping it connected to the wider Summer Salad universe.
Rather than treating graphics as decoration, we used them to build characters, memories, and small visual jokes throughout the collection.
From food-inspired illustrations to nostalgic postcard references and hand-drawn details, we try to bring this sense of spontaneity to each garment, as though every piece has collected something from the summer it came from.
Some details are immediately noticeable. Others wait to be discovered. That is part of the fun.
Better When Shared
Summer Salad has never been about presenting one perfect version of summer. It is about creating a world people can recognize themselves in, and inviting them to add something of their own.
Our community is what keeps that world growing. Every person wears the collection differently, styles it differently, photographs it differently, and gives it a life we could never completely plan in the studio. Summer Salad is not meant to be observed from a distance. It is an open table, and everyone brings a different ingredient.
There is no dress code, no correct way to wear it, and definitely no need to behave too seriously.
